What to Bring

♦ We encourage you to label your camper's clothing and items!

NECESSARY ITEMS TO BRING: 

♦ Flashlight with batteries
​♦ Water bottle (preferably labeled with name)
♦ Toiletries (comb, gel (optional), toothbrush, toothpaste,
deodorant, shampoo, soap in plastic container)
♦ Sleeping bag and pillow (unless it's a day camp)

 

CLOTHING TO BRING: 

♦ Pajamas
♦ Underclothing
♦ Sports/outside clothes (enough for the duration of the camp days)
♦ Sports shoes (at least one pair; a second is helpful in case the other gets wet)
♦ Elegant clothes and shoes for Mass & Adoration
♦ Swimming shorts
♦ Flip flops

♦ Water shoes (recommended)
♦ A large Towel or two

HIGHLY SUGGESTED FOR SUMMER CAMPS: 

♦ Mosquito/insect/ticks repellent
♦ Sunscreen
♦ Cap or Hat
♦ Sunglasses (cheap ones!)

OTHER POSSIBLE ITEMS TO BRING: 

♦ Bag for dirty laundry 
♦ Lightweight jacket for rainy days
♦ A set of clothes for wet conditions, especially an extra pair of shoes
♦ Camo or dark clothing for night games
♦ Pocket, personal hand sanitizer
​♦ Notebook and pen

 

ADD FOR COLD OR WINTER SEASONS: 

♦ An extra pair of shoes for snow/wet ground
♦ Sweater
♦ An appropriate jacket
♦ Winter hat
♦ Scarf
♦ Mittens
♦ Snow or ski pants 

 

BOYS CAMPERS GET EXTRA POINTS FOR: 

♦ Being elegantly dressed for Mass & adoration
♦ Bringing salty snacks or sweet desserts to share with the group
 

MEDICATION & DIETS: 

♦ Prescription medication must be in original containers
and placed in a labeled, resealable plastic bag. Please send only the amount of medication needed to last the duration of your camper’s stay. Please sign the medication release form when registering online. Parents are encouraged to leave medications with their children.

♦ Special diet foods from home due to personal health needs are welcome at camp. You may store the special diet food in our refrigerators after checking in. Please label it appropriately and clearly. And please inform our camp director about it.

ELECTRONICS POLICY:
  1. This brings some convenience, but some new challenges.

  2. Campers may bring cell phones to communicate with their parents. 

  3. If it becomes a problem, cell phones may be taken away. 

  4. It's encouraged that your camper leaves electronics at home so they may be free of distractions to fully engage the group. 

  5. ​Electronics such as speakers, headphones for music, computers, and other objects, are not necessary and should stay at home. 

DO NOT BRING: 

♦ Swiss army knives or similar sharp utensils  
♦ Fireworks or items for pranks
(If found, these items may be taken for the duration of the event.
We encourage campers to have a great experience away from technology to enjoy God's creation, new friendships, and prayer.)

NO TOLERANCE 

♦ Alcohol, drugs, tobacco, weapons, spray paint, inappropriate reading material
(If found, these items will be taken without return and parents informed immediately.)
