Girl's Facilitated Learning Program 

A formation program to facilitate girl's online learning while coaching them through skills of time and task management.

The Facilitated Learning Program seeks to provide the students with the motivation and support to form a virtue based mindset that will equip them to see their education as a means to better themselves and more effectively make a positive impact on the world around them.

Program Details

Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays Time: 8:00am - 12:00pm or 8:00am-3:00pm

                           flexibility in adjusting times

Audience: K-8th Girls        Cost: $60/12pm day

                                             $80/3pm day

Program Details

How the program will work:

  • The girls will be helped to log onto their classes and participate in their online school.

  • Each child will be paired with an adult who will help them in their task and time management in getting their school work done and help motivate them.

  • We will have goals for the girls besides being engaged in their school day to promote Christian virtue and giving them practical tips and challenges to practice those at home.

 

What is our capacity?

  • We could host 15 girls a day and be able to securely follow the precautionary guidelines.

How often can you sign your daughter up?

  • Each family can determine how many days a week they would want to sign their daughter up. The program will run Tuesday-Friday.

 

What do the girls need to bring?

  • Hotspot, computer, and power cord

  • Snack (non nutty snacks plz)

  • Face mask

  • Earbuds

 

Who is the staff?

  • Consecrated Women, Regnum Christi Missionaries, volunteer moms and college girls

Formation Outcomes

Goal Setting

Effective goal setters who know where they are going, how to break tasks into manageable parts, and recognize their success once it is achieved.

Time Management/Organization

Effective time managers who know how to estimate the time needed to complete a task and to organize their time to accomplish both what needs to be done, as well as, what they want to do.

Charity and Integrity

To inspire, guide, and form youth to become strong, authentic leaders through the example of Jesus Christ

Respect 

To equip youth with the tools to integrate leadership skills with a Christian worldview in order to make a positive impact on Society.
