Fr. Vito Crincoli, LC

Boys' ECyD and LTP Director

Father Vito Crincoli LC was born in Jersey City, New Jersey. He was a member of the ECYD back in 1992 and later entered the minor seminary of the Legionaries of Christ in 1993. After being in the High School seminary, he entered the Novitiate and in 1999 professed first vows. In the year 2000, Father Vito was sent to Rome to study Philosophy for two years. Next, was sent to Mexico to work with youth for four years. After those four years, he returned to Rome for Theological studies and was ordained a priest on the 12th of December in 2009. Since his ordination, he worked in Mexico with various youth groups and families. He also served as a member of the diocesan council for organizing youth events. In 2019, Father Vito returned to Rome to major in Spiritual Theology where he studied Liturgical Art and spiritual discernment. He was named after these two years as Director of the Leadership Training program here in Washington DC.

Racine Silva, CRC Girls' ECyD & LTP Director 

Racine Silva grew up in the Boston area and comes from a warm and fun Portuguese-American family. She was introduced to Regnum Christi in college and became consecrated on September 3, 2006. Racine then accepted the call to serve in New York, Mexico, Ireland, and Rhode Island. She also obtained her Master’s Degree in Religious Education with a Concentration in Youth Ministry from Fordham University. Racine is delighted to serve in the DC area directing the Girls' ECyD and LTP!

Fr. Vinh Pham, LC

Assistant Director 

Father Vinh Pham is the 4th of 7 kids, but the first to be born in the US. His older siblings were born in Vietnam before his parents escaped on a refugee boat. He grew up in California and Georgia, obtaining an associate's degree in automotive technology, accepted and trained by Mercedes Benz of America. He worked as a Systems Technician for Mercedes in Atlanta before entering the Novitiate in Cheshire, CT at the age of 25. He hasn't looked back since. After his novitiate and studies in Cheshire, he obtained a bachelor's degree in philosophy and in Theology from the Regina Apostolorum Athenaeum in Rome, Italy, along with two years of pastoral work with middle school boys in the Cincinnatti area.
He was ordained a transitional deacon on August 15th, 2020 and was ordained a priest on May 29th, 2021 in Atlanta, Georgia.

Andi San Román, RCMC

Andrés (aka: Andi) is from Dallas, TX.  His family is originally from Caracas, Venezuela. Andi studied at The Highlands School, a Regnum Christi K-12 school.   He has been a part of ECYD and Regnum Christi since middle school. He is very excited to be in DC and to work with the Regnum Christi locality for the next year.

Francisco Hernández, RCMC

Francisco was born in Mexico City in 2003. He went to a school run by the Regnum Christi in Mexico K-12. He has been an active part of ECYD and Regnum Christi. Francisco came to the 
United States where he studied at the Highlands School in Dallas for one semester. He’s looking forward to his missionary year here in DC.

Nikitha Zacharia, RCMC 

(or Niki!) She is from Bangalore, India and just turned 21 years old. She recently graduated from university this summer. She loves eating and hanging out with her dog Freya. She aspires to attend law school in the near future but has felt a great desire to give a year to God and work with others to be an instrument in His beautiful plan. She absolutely loves people and is so excited to learn from and grow with everyone that she meet this year as an RCMC!

Christina Drapeau, RCMC

Christina (aka: Nina) is from Atlanta, Georgia. She is 18 and recently graduated high school. Her greatest joys are her family/friends, ECyD challenge team, and Regnum Christi. She is overjoyed to start begin her year in D.C, and has energy for anything and everything! Her aspiration is to serve and touch as many hearts as possible, and hopes to be a missionary for Christ through the people she meets!

Brooke McCall, RCMC

Brooke is from South Louisiana (Baton Rouge). She has been involved with Regnum Christi and ECYD since sixth grade and has had a passion for mission all  through high school. She loves  big dogs, iced coffee, and hanging out with family and friends. She is so excited to see what God is going to do in the D.C. community this year and cannot wait to meet everyone!
